Inspired by Chef Mike Johnson’s formative years cooking in New Orleans—where he trained under Chef Emeril Lagasse —Saucy Hour channels the spirit of Commander’s Palace legendary 25-cent martini lunches. But in true Sugarfire style, Saucy Hour swaps fine dining for sauced-up sandwiches, cheap draft beer, and a laid-back, family-friendly setting.
Happy hour isn’t complete without a beverage; cue the extremely cheap beer. Guests can grab a Sugarfire Pilsner from Urban Chestnut Brewing Company or a classic Busch draft for just 25 cents—no fine print, no gimmicks, and no limit per customer.
Sugarfire BBQ is piling it high and serving it twice. During Saucy Hour, it’s buy-one-get-one free pork or turkey sandwiches—no limit per guest! Crafted with our award-winning, slow-smoked BBQ and piled between fresh buns, these sammies are a taste of why Sugarfire keeps bringing home the hardware.
Wash down Sugarfire’s award-winning BBQ with an ice-cold brew. Monday–Friday from 2–5 PM, Sugarfire is pouring our own Sugarfire Pilsner from Urban Chestnut Brewing Company or a classic Busch—for just 25 cents each. No gimmicks, and absolutely no limit per guest.
August 13, 2025 – Saucy Hour will be offered at select Sugarfire locations in Illinois and Missouri, including O’Fallon, Olivette, downtown St. Louis, St. Charles, Dardenne Prairie, Washington, Wentzville, Florissant, and Arnold.
