The Perfect One
for Barbecue by the 'Ton
Sugarfire Smokehouse Washington happened when Craig and Stacey Mueller, plus a rag-tag bunch of restaurant transients decided to try their hand at creating delicious smoked meats and perfect desserts.
Sugarfire Smokehouse in Washington, MO is a BBQ restaurant that offers award-winning traditional and artisanal BBQ. We prepare and serve the best baby back ribs, tender beef brisket, juicy pulled pork, lean smoked turkey and salmon, 100% grass fed beef hamburgers, fresh baked pies, and some fantastic “adults only” shakes. We appeal to both adventurous eaters and to those who love and respect traditional barbecue.
There’s something for everyone here, from our famous Meat Daddy which allows you to sample every meat we smoke: ribs, pulled pork, brisket, smoked turkey and our housemade jalapeno sausage, all on one plate with two sides of your choice. If you want to push the limits of BBQ, look for our wild daily specials and sides on social media. If it can be smoked, we’ll smoke it, and the results are always second to none.
If you need some Sugarfire on the go, our Washington location has dine-in, carry-out, and options for delivery. If you’ve got a crowd to feed (or you’re just feeling really, really hungry) Sugarfire Washington can cater your off-site event. We’re a preferred caterer at over thirty different locations. See our catering page for more information, and give us a call to set something up.
