Unlike other Sugarfire locations, the Colorado restaurant will feature a full-service bar and is planning to offer weekly chef-driven drink specials, according to a release. The restaurant will provide counter-service, with about 90 seats inside and an another 50 seats on an outside patio. Sugarfire announced plans in 2017 to open locations in Cape Girardeau and Indianapolis later this year.
